Small buildings may even go with a residential thermostat. A programmable thermostat will allow us to adjust heating and cooling with the patterns of building use. A commercial operation with several buildings, or one large building that needs separate zoning, may be better off using multiple thermostats that are all controlled in one central place. This makes it easy to keep buildings or areas at different temperatures without adjusting each area separately—no matter which type of thermostat - programmable is always the best choice.
